Design Templates: You have the rights to use the purchased Template for yourself only and create End Products to a Client or for a personal projects you’re working on.

HTML Templates: You have the rights to use the purchased Template for yourself only and create End Products for one domain only for a Client or for a personal projects you’re working on.

👎🏻  You Cannot…

• Re-distribute the Template’s source, modified or not, even if the Template is modified.

Use the Template in any application allowing an End User to customize the Template, like “build it yourself”, “theme generators”, WordPress Themes, or any other form of themes.

Team / Multisite license

👍 You Can…

Design Templates: You have the rights to use the purchased Template for you and 3 other of your team members. This type of license is usually used by agencies, companies, and startups.

HTML Templates: You have the rights to use the purchased Template for yourself and your team and create unlimited End Products for a Client or for a personal projects you’re working on.

👎🏻  You Cannot…

• Re-distribute the Template’s source, modified or not, even if the Template is modified.

Use the Template in any application allowing an End User to customize the Theme, like “build it yourself”, “theme generators”, WordPress themes, or any other form of themes.

Corporate license

👍  You Can…

Design Templates: You have the rights to use the purchased Template for and your team members. This type of license is usually used by agencies, companies, and startups.

HTML Templates: You have the rights to use the purchased Template for yourself and your team and create unlimited End Products for a Client or for a personal projects you’re working on.

👎🏻  You Cannot…

• Re-distribute the Template’s source, modified or not, even if the Template is modified.

Use the Template in any application allowing an End User to customize the Theme, like “build it yourself”, “theme generators”, WordPress themes, or any other form of themes.

Extended license

This license is purchased if you intend to license, sublicense, redistribute, or resell the final product.

👍  You Can…

• You have the rights to use the Template to create one End Product for yourself or for one Client (a “single application”), and the End Product maybe sold or distributed for free..

• Create one End Product for yourself or a Client, transfer that End Product to your client, charge them for your services. The equivalent of a Standard License is granted to the client. They are not granted the unlimited use of the Multiple User License or the Extended License.

• You may license, sublicense, redistribute, or resell one End product only in the following circumstances:
1. The Template is incorporated into a larger work you have created
2. If you modify the Template and resell the End Product.

• If the Template contains licensed components, you must not extract and use them on a stand-alone basis.

👎🏻  You Cannot…

• Re-distribute the Template’s source, modified or not, even if the Template is modified.

 Use the Template without modification in any application allowing an End User to customize the Theme, like “build it yourself”, “theme generators”, WordPress themes, or any other form of theme.

Rights

You have rights to use any of our Templates for personal and commercial projects. You may modify our templates and products according to your requirements and use for your personal and commercial projects. For example, you may include our products in a website you will be designing for a client or a personal project. You are not required to attribute or link to Fabrx Design in any of those projects.

Prohibitions

You do not have the rights to redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer the file downloaded to any third party. For any resalable web applications or software programs, you should not include our graphic resources as an additional attachment. This will be considered as a redistribution of our resources which is forbidden by us.

Definitions

“Template” is any purchased digital work from Fabrx Design

“End Product” is a customized implementation of the Template

“End User” is a user of the End Product

“Client” is a contracted employer of the license holder

“Design Template” is any of our templates designed in Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD

“HTML Template” is any of our coded templates
